OUR LEADERSHIP PROGRAMMES.

Mastering Inclusive Leadership using coaching skills to build equitable, inclusive and diverse workplaces for all.

Because everyone deserves a seat around the table.

Who is seen and who isn’t?

As we look around and and see the reality we are all facing in the modern workplace we all must recognise a need to keep moving the dial towards building an inclusive, equitable, diverse and future-focussed organisation and working culture.

As businesses aim for continuous improvement, innovation and a competitive advantage. Increasing diversity and embedding inclusion also opens an opportunity to appeal to and attract a wider audience, increasing customer satisfaction and profitability.

Regardless of where you are in shifting the dial, our invitation to the managers and leaders is to play an active part in this change.

  • MYP INCLUSIVE LEADERSHIP

    Leading with Intention

Open Space is for future-focused leaders ready to lead with intention. It embeds inclusive leadership in a way that feels real, sustainable, and human—brought to life through action, reflection, and meaningful culture change. The program supports the shift from transactional to transformational, coach-like leadership—building trust, fostering inclusion, and developing the confidence to navigate complex conversations.

  • MYP TARGETED PROGRAMMES

    The Elevate Series

Is your data showing that some employee groups aren’t progressing? Is this a strategic priority? The Elevate Series tackles a core business challenge: the uneven advancement of underrepresented talent and accelerating fairness. Each program is co-created with your business and supports a specific group of emerging leaders. Ethnically diverse, women, and those from lower socio-economic backgrounds.

  • MYP ON-DEMAND DIGITAL

    Mastering Inclusion

This digital playbook is a 45-minute interactive webinar with bite-sized sessions. The goal is to stimulate reflection and an exploration of our sense of identity and lived experience, prompting participants to think about inclusion more broadly. By evaluating their personal circles from the perspective of influence, loyalty, belonging, and psychological safety, they will learn new tools for listening and behaving differently.

There is a link between inclusion and well-being.

A common theme in our work over many years is that if you are from an under-represented group there is a high likelihood you have experienced subtle and explicit challenges or had to work extra hard to achieve the same results as your colleagues.

These experiences inevitably have an effect - impacting talent retention and our deeper sense of belonging to our workplace.
