Developing leaders and coaches who make a lasting difference.

Our purpose is simple. To put people at the heart of leadership. Because that is where performance, retention and lasting culture change begin.

Our vision and values.

01

We believe the best leaders and coaches listen as deeply as they question. Curiosity is not a soft skill. It is the foundation of everything we do.

Curiosity.

02

Everything we do is evidence based. Grounded in psychology, behavioural science and research. We hold ourselves to the highest standards.

Rigour.

03

People are at the heart of everything we do. Every programme, conversation and coaching relationship starts with genuine curiosity about the whole person.

Humanity.

04

Real change requires courage. The courage to have honest conversations, to challenge assumptions and to do deeper work that make a difference.

Courage.

Organisations where people feel genuinely valued are:

2x as likely to meet and exceed financial targets;

6x as likely to be innovative and agile, and

8x as likely to achieve better business outcomes

(BITC ESG Factsheet, 2023)

Mastering Your Power was founded on a simple but powerful belief. That organisations do not have to choose between high performance and genuinely human leadership. That the two are not in tension. They are the same thing.

We were one of the first ICF accredited coach training providers to build a whole person, systemic lens into the heart of every programme. Not as an ad on. As the foundation. That pioneering approach is still what makes MYP distinctive today and it is why the leaders and coaches who train with us develop a depth of practice that others simply do not reach.

We are proud of where we started and clear about where we are going. Building the next generation of leaders and coaches who understand people deeply, lead with courage and create organisations where every person can perform at their very best.

Meet the team.

At MYP we collaborate with people whose values align to our own to ensure these are shared with the organisations and individuals we work with.
