    Our Coaching Supervision is a collaborative learning practice to continually build the capacity of the coach through reflective dialogue for the benefit of both coaches and clients. Incorporating a systemic lens of belonging, equity and inclusion in supervision is about understanding the mindset of the supervisee and the coachee within a larger intersectional context.

  • CPD FOR COACHES

    Continuous learning is important for coaches for growth and development. Understanding your identity, strengths, and blindspots is crucial. Investing in ongoing learning builds confidence, credibility, and expertise, benefiting both your business and clients in the long run. We offer a range of CPD courses including our 2 day Inclusion Coaching designed for in-house coaching pools.

  • MYP ON-DEMAND DIGITAL

    Our Inclusion Coaching and Mentoring is a 60-minute on-demand webinar with a blend of learning activities and exercises across six bite-sized sessions. Aimed at leaders, coaches, and mentors who want to feel confident and courageous in courageous conversations, supporting all, regardless of differences in background, lived experience, and identity.
