The goal is to stimulate reflection and an exploration of our sense of identity and lived experience, prompting participants to think about inclusion more broadly. By evaluating their personal circles from the perspective of influence, loyalty, belonging, and psychological safety, they will learn new tools for listening and behaving differently.
